Don’t discriminate it’s just been bad luck. Unfortunately, sometimes they don’t get hired because the manager doesn’t want to bring that “bad luck” here. I can see it a multitude of ways though…
Yes, because that person’s energy for some reason is following them. But also, that’s not a legitimate “reason” oN pApEr to discriminate. Hwite people and what nots make up these rules to “keep themselves honest”, when they could just choose to do the correct thing just for the sake of it. They think they are pious upstanding law abiding citizens, but they make the rules specifically so they can appear to be doing so, while committing atrocities of all magnitudes under the guise of a rule technicality.
So you want to be so circuitous to show how much you follow rule or law etc, you create an entire performance around it, and you’re not even slick. The tactics are obvious. you’re an exploiter by all means, hiding behind rules that YOU don’t even follow, to win at everything, and have the audacity to tell others to do as I say not as I do, that 2 wrongs don’t make a right, that retaliation is morally wrong, that “just taking it” is the only option. All extremely, naturally improbable, convenient options for colonizers of all kinds don’t you think?
They set the rules, called it “their” game, and people didn’t question it. They figured as long as business entities, or any one other than themselves takes the blame for everything that happens, they’re fine with it. What a nightmare to have to look within and blame yourself for life’s consequences good and bad. That terrifies people more than anything, the thought of personal responsibility.
If we can’t even have any self control, how could we think that we will ever control anyone or anything else? WE are out of control. once we gain that, there will be no need to control anyone else. No desire to do it, because you’ve mastered yourself, and know it’s only possible for others to do so if they want to truly do the work themselves.
