Only denial that you could have possibly done aNyThiNg wrong. Sometimes–actually 100% of the time–you are both the victim and the aggressor. To yourself, first and foremost. And by proxy of anyone you come in contact with.
If you’re not taking care of yourself, you can’t possibly care for others. If you don’t care, you can go through the emotions without any meaningful actions. You can’t be humane to others if you’re not humane to yourself first.
You suffer, and so others suffer. You choose it. And you can also choose to stop this and choose something else. Something new.
