I can’t let overestimation of my own intelligence and abilities blind my intuition.
Somehow between hypervigilance, trusting my gut, and pride or happiness at achieving each goal, terminating each monster…I have to maintain a realistic view of it all. I have to remain somehow even-keeled an unimpressed at my own abilities and accomplishments. Because I know that the consequence of over-confidence, is a haze over my instinct. Too much apparent smugness will cloud my vision if I don’t stay detached from it all. I can’t let myself identify with all of this. I am not all of this. I am not this idea, this goal, this solution.
I am simply consciousness, acting though this body, for the benefit of this human experience I’m having. The human experience others are having.
I can not let myself attach and identify with things. I’m here until I’m not. While I’m here, this body is an instrument for justice. For a form of justice.
