Corporate jargon

Everything professional and corporate or whatever, is all just a lot of fluff, a lot of explanation while sharing nothing. Everything vague to absolve everyone of everything except the actual victims of the system’s exploitation. A lot of words, and very little communicated except a hostile bottom line of control.

Example, job descriptions that are so long, yet you can say the bottom line of something in a couple sentences if you took away all the fluff. We are so accustomed to fitting our expression into corporate speak. But even the other day I caught myself writing a “no fluff” list and realized it was indeed very embellished, to reflect the norms of soulless corporate culture. I cut everything down to a single sentence per point. It really doesn’t have to be anything crazy. But we outline everything “clearly” and extensively because of the potential of litigation. It’s such bullshit.

Which is what it always ends up being about: escaping accountability.

We have litigation because people always want to put the blame on someone else, for any reason. No one can stand for anything.
