Notes I found in an old notebook of mine, as-is:
Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

LAWFUL CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE
“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer’s life if necessary.”
Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated:
“An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery.”
State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260
“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.”
Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910
Even though the whole idea of of the “legal” system is a total sham, I agree with the bottom line of what these quotes say, whether they are “real” or not.
I believe as humans we have every right to our own existence, and every right to protect our own existence.
I believe we always have the right to defend ourselves, but not because of made up “laws” that say we can. “Government” and “authorities” rig the system and change the rules to favor only themselves anyway.
So even if a law has at some point benefited someone on either side of its conjured legality, laws aren’t made to benefit regular people. And if certain regulations benefit the public a little toooo much, government changes the rules and moves goal posts so that we fail at the game they created. It’s futile to play by their rules.
And you can’t argue logic and actual law with people that don’t understand, refuse to, or are not of reasonable mind. And if they refuse to uphold laws even though they actually exist in THEIR game, then there’s truly no hope, because you can’t reason with the insane.
And this relates to any system of “law” or logic. You can’t come to understanding or agreement, or even agreement to disagree, when opposing sides don’t respect the system they supposedly “agreed” to uphold in the first place. It’s a system built of narcissism, gaslighting, weaponized incompetence, and a general maliciousness toward humanity.
