“Law” is a sham, and no one (government etc) actually honors what they claim to uphold. But even if words, or codes, or statutes, or laws meant anything—united states DEFINITELY does not follow their own laws. Even by their OWN written rules, they are criminals.
Look at what that closeted sub, bully organization ice has gotten away with. They claim to go after people because they are “against the law,” but they aren’t even educated to the “law” they claim to be following.
According to the 14th Amendment | Section 1, one can see that what ice does to people is criminal. Because anyone–citizen or non citizen–within the lines of united states jurisdiction, is entitled to equal protection of the laws:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Not that it matters, since government will always change the rules to suit themselves, or find loopholes to exploit regular humans under their false/forced jurisdiction.
