Candidate sourcing outreach: DC Solicit template (discovery call solicitation)
This has always gotten me great results. Sharing as much information upfront so that they don’t have to compromise themselves to get the basic pertinent information.
I HATE when you want to get a quote online or some other bullshit, and they make you enter your number and email to call you and generally have access to you. All without having provided ANYTHING to me.
I don’t mass email, so if I message someone from my sourcing efforts, I send everything, and even my scheduling link. I handpick who I want to talk to and want them to have all the information they need before they EVER have to respond to me, if at all. I want “pre-closed” warm communication only.
I don’t send a message unless I KNOW that based on the given info, it’s relevant…
