That’s why I have so much power

The people are giving me their energy. All their attention, whether positive or negative, they are spending their time and energy focused on me.

Yeah, but no one is ready to talk about the power in that. We spend all this energy focusing on, and blaming others for everything–and trying to control them. Instead of seeing that our own self is the problem.

We have to get ourselves under control before attemptimg to help anyone else. Even with best intentions and outcomes, we have to introspect and have a very real transformation as an individual, in order to truly grow. Only your own peaceful regard taken into account for all of your own decisions and consequences, good and bad.

We have to be okay with being alone with ourselves. You can’t look deeper than that.

If you’re avoiding the real work: the real development, the real expression of your lifetime–you have to look at yourself honestly and commit only to yourself to either stay the same, or make sudden and powerful changes for your continued growth.

As soon as I truly owned it (“it” being anything that at some point had me in a chokehold), once I wrote the thing that most agonized my mind and emotions…its hold on me went away.
Having written it down, it felt like I already experienced that particular possibility of outcomes, and preferred to move on. The shift just happened in me. I hadn’t even fully finished handwriting the. epiphany at the time when it all changed for me.

It didn’t take “overnight.” It was barely even a second. Maybe even a nanosecond.

And it can all start with my own singular energy: hyper focused and creating.

When I’m alone, I’m free to create purely. When I communicate truly, I actually connect.
