Too many ideas to function

As soon as I write anything, it goes somewhere. I keep getting ideas and I can’t write enough, OR fast enough. And there’s no technology to transcribe my hundreds and thousands of overlapping thoughts and connections in every second.

So all I can do is start writing, and the tsunami comes. But in order for you to have a mind open to new things, you have to write some of them away. Write it, and from having experienced it enough through the writing, take the control over the thought and end the unhealthy repetition.

I used to call it writer’s block, but that wasn’t it.

It was the overwhelm of having SO MUCH to write, that I will never be able to begin with any one thing because it takes away from the other things that I ALSO wouldn’t start.

Too many ideas and so little time. I’ll die not having documented everything.

But I guess that’s true for 100% of us.

If I experienced something, but didn’t document it…

If i wanted to experience something, but I didn’t write it–

So pick something.

No matter what, if your mind didn’t experience every possibility it wanted to, it will have run out of time anyway. With no closure.

Just death.
