What’s more disconcerting?

When I do the same thing over and over again with no results and expect my methods to eventually result in anything, or when everyone else is also acting out this same insanity to no avail, and we are all collectively trying to act as if nothing is wrong?

The system is failing. The common denominator is the system, not the entire collective miraculously failing at an established “fail safe.”

Looking for work, running a business, and pretty much everything we do in the pRoFesSioNaL world is playing the game by certain rules in order to get the predetermined, standardized, outcome they tell us we are allowed to have.

All rules are made up. They’re fake. They’re meant to limit us from exploring the multitudes of experiences we could create for ourselves independently, if we only had the nerve.
